Linda Schneider, B.A., LL.B

Linda Schneider, B.A., LL.B, Mediator founded Schneider Mediation after practicing law for 20 years.

For over a decade, Linda practiced personal injury and insurance law with a firm in downtown Toronto. Linda has acted in and has been involved with countless mediations and negotiations. She provides genuine dedication and undivided attention to each mediation. In like manner, she is committed to respectful mediations, motivating parties to stay at the table.

As background, Linda also has experience working with the municipal (prosecutions) and provincial government bodies (MAG, LAO), as well as the Law Society of Ontario.

In addition, Linda was actively involved with a not-for-profit charitable organization in Downsview. There, she volunteered to resolve disputes in the community and act as a mentor. Issues varied and included those matters referred by the Ontario Court of Justice – North York.

Furthermore, conflict resolution and negotiation training was obtained at the Faculty of Law at the University of Western Ontario. Linda obtained her Mediation certification through FMC.

Also, Linda first joined the Ontario Mandatory Mediation Program (Toronto) as a roster mediator in 2000.
