Schneider Mediation Rates

Schneider Mediation Rates are listed below. For scheduling, please visit “Book a Mediation“.

Roster Rates

• Available: Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday on 1/2 day virtual mediations for any action involving up to 3 parties of the same action plus disbursements. (For all other mediations, see non-roster rates below)

Non-Roster Rates

• For Monday & Friday 1/2 day Mediations, or 1/2 day Mediations other than the roster mediations set out above: 
  • 2 Parties: $1250 plus disbursements
  • 3 Parties: $1500 plus disbursements
  • 4 Parties: $1750 plus disbursements

Disbursements

• Preparation Fee (1 hour per party at the rate of $395/hr) + Admin Fee ($195) applies to all mediations

Cancellations

• No cancellation fee is incurred where notice of 30 business days is given.
• Cancellations made within 30 business days will result in 100% mediation fee plus taxes and incurred disbursements. Exceptions can be made where notice of 21 + business days is given for the matter to be rescheduled and the mediation is held within 6 months.
• No preparation fee will be included in the cancellation fee unless materials have been submitted and reviewed OR where less than 7 days notice of cancellation is given.
